Insert the test strip
Nurse inserts a rapid infection test strip (COVID, flu, RSV, strep) into the cartridge tray. Works with standard lateral flow strips, so there are no new consumables.

Tamper-evident record

Controlled lighting and timing photograph the control and test lines, so the image of the strip looks the same on every shift. Staff read the result per the test's instructions.
