A pilot is a short, outcome-focused engagement with a named clinical and administrative sponsor at the facility. You get the device, training, and direct access to our team. We get honest feedback about what actually works on your floor.

It is a per-facility subscription billed monthly through Stripe, with the device rental bundled in: $300 (Small Facility), $650 (Professional), or $1,200 (Enterprise) per month. Enterprise applies to facilities over 150 beds and to every facility in a multi-site operation, whatever that facility's size. If you already run one facility with us and open another, the one you have keeps its rate. No per-test or per-device fees. We'll walk you through the tiers on your first call and build an ROI model around your facility count and test volume.

Test results and audit logs reside with you (the client) inside an isolated tenant. We do not sell, share, or use resident data for advertising, model training, or secondary research.

VynMed is not FDA-cleared. Today it is an audit and compliance tool: it captures the strip under controlled conditions and preserves the record, and it makes no diagnostic claim. The lateral flow strips it works with carry their own FDA clearances. We are working with regulatory counsel on the right pathway for any future claim, and we'll share that strategy and timeline during due diligence.
