VynMed pricing is structured around the endpoint device plus a recurring software and support subscription, billed per facility. Choose the tier that fits each facility. Operators running several facilities subscribe each one and see them together in a single network view. Contract terms are confirmed during the pilot kickoff.

Small Facility

What's included in every tier

Every item below ships to every customer on every tier. We do not hold features back to make a bigger plan look better; the tier reflects the size of the facility, not how much of the product you are allowed to use. Multi-facility operators see all of their facilities in one network view.

  • Tamper-evident strip record. Every infection test (COVID, flu, RSV, strep) is photographed under controlled lighting and timing and stored as a signed, timestamped record. Your staff read the result.
  • Timestamped test records. Photographs and timestamps every rapid test, then rolls the activity up into reports for infection control and surveillance.
  • Tamper-evident chain of custody. A forensic-grade audit trail for surveyors, state boards, and attorneys.
  • HIPAA-aligned data handling. Cloud storage encrypted with AWS KMS, role-based access controls, and compliance logging.
  • Audit packets on demand. Export records for state survey and litigation support.
  • Ongoing support. Firmware updates and security patches included in every tier.

Pilot programs

We run structured pilot programs for qualifying skilled nursing operators. A pilot is typically 60 to 90 days, includes an on-site kickoff, and comes with a written success metric and an ROI review at the end. If your facility is interested in a pilot, email us and we will scope it against your current test volume and incident history.

What we will not do

  • We will not raise your price. Ever.

    Not at renewal, not after a pilot, not when we grow. The number you sign is the number you keep. Enterprise deployments, multi-site operators and pilot programs may receive custom pricing, and custom pricing only ever moves one way: down.

    That holds if you expand. A facility you are already paying for keeps its rate for as long as you keep it, even after you open another site. Opening a second facility prices the new one at the multi-site rate; it does not reprice the one you already had. Growing should never cost you money on a building that has not changed.

  • Run as many tests as you need.

    We will never charge per test, and we will never cap how many you run. Not a soft cap, not a fair-use clause, not an overage that kicks in quietly at volume. A facility having a bad month is exactly when it should be testing more, and a product that gets more expensive at that moment is working against the people using it.

  • No hidden fees.

    No per-test fee, no per-seat upcharge, no overage, no setup fee, and no charge to get your own records out. VynMed does not sell a proprietary consumable either: the device takes the standard lateral-flow strips your facility already buys, so there is nothing new to meter. The subscription is the cost.

  • We will not sell your data, and we built it so we could not.

    Evidence is sealed per facility. VynMed staff have no cross-facility path to a customer's records, and that is enforced in the authorization code rather than a policy we promise to follow.

    Recovering a facility's key requires physical possession of an offline hardware key, held by an owner of this company. Not a support agent, not an engineer on call, not any VynMed employee. Every access to evidence is written to a signed, tamper-evident audit trail.

  • Cancelling is one click, and we will not make it hard.

    Your subscription renews so your service does not stop and nobody has to come collect hardware, but you can cancel from the portal at any time. It takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, there is no cancellation fee, and you do not have to call anyone or explain yourself. Changed your mind? Reversing a cancellation is one click too.

    Custom fixed-term contracts work differently and more simply: you are billed for the length of the term and nothing after it, and it does not roll into a new term on its own. We will contact you before it ends so the decision is yours rather than a surprise.

  • Your records stay yours.

    Export everything on demand, in a standard archive, at any time, including on the way out. There is no exit fee and no hostage data.

Tier terms are finalized in the signed services agreement.
